Delivery Policy
Everything we make is delivered digitally. We don't ship physical goods, though we're happy to coordinate with your printer or manufacturer.
Timelines
Your proposal lists a delivery date for each stage. Typical ranges look like this:
- Spark: 5 working days
- Starter: 2–3 weeks
- Studio: 4–6 weeks
- Space: 5–8 weeks, depending on site visits
- Partner: ongoing, with turnaround agreed per task
The clock starts once we've received payment and everything we asked for in the brief — logos, photos, floor plans and so on.
How files arrive
Final files come through a shared folder link (usually Google Drive or Dropbox). You'll get print-ready PDFs, web formats and editable source files where the plan includes them. The link stays active for 90 days; after that, just ask and we'll resend.
When delivery counts as complete
A stage is delivered when the files are in the shared folder and you've had the link. For consumers, this is also the moment the 14-day withdrawal window closes for that work, since the service has been performed in full. If a file is corrupted or missing, tell us and we'll replace it — a broken link is not a delivery.
Delays
If we're running late, we'll tell you before the deadline, not after. If a delay is on your side — slow feedback, missing content — the schedule shifts by the same amount. That's not a penalty, just how calendars work.
Working hours
We deliver during studio hours, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 CET Paris time, and not on weekends or French public holidays. A handover sent at 19:00 Friday is treated as delivered on the next working day.
Ownership
Full rights to the final, approved designs transfer to you once the last invoice is paid. Rejected concepts stay with us.
